Over the past 11 years (and more than 34,000+ private coaching calls!!) I have seen every kind of economic condition, every type of personality & every possible objection … and through it all, some people have always succeeded while others find comfort in the ‘reasons & excuses’.  And my conclusion is that ‘Success ALWAYS awaits those who demand it!’

Let’s take a look at why this is true.  Since we get everything we need from other people, then doesn’t it make perfect sense that when you know what others need, you will find a way to make it happen?  Example: “How will your next home be different from your current house?” will cause them to tell you what they want.  The next step is to find out if they are realistic about (1) The PRICE they’re willing to pay; (2) The LOCATION they want; and, (3) The CONDITION of their next home.  When ‘price’, ‘location’ and ‘condition’ intersect, then you have a new client!

So while others are busy getting their primary real estate advice from gossip (idle talk & rumor) or the media (TV, radio, newspapers & the internet) and are busy convincing themselves why they cannot be successful, you’ll just continue to ask people how you can help them.  You know what?  For the past 5,000 years, people have ALWAYS needed a place to live.
