One thing worth mentioning here is that almost all of the other coaches that I know try to create a difference in HOW agents meet clients.  Some say to ‘Prospect a lot’ while others say ‘Never prospect again’.  Some say ‘Offer free reports’ and still others recommend offering your services on moving day!  They want to create their own unique ‘Coaching Distiction’ by HOW you meet your clients.

Whew!  How is an agent supposed to actually build a profitable career?

One of the reasons that so many agents have achieved great results with us is that I DON’T CARE HOW YOU MEET YOUR CLIENTS! (Opps … am I shouting?)  Okay, I’ll calm down.  No matter HOW you meet them, you have to know about the current Market Trends.  Then you need to have the Skills to help the client get what they most want based on the Maeket Trends.  This will create a rock solid and realistically positive Mindset, so that you know you’re always bringing tremendous value to them.  Finally, you must have a system that provides you with Automatic Business because sales is still a numbers game.

Coaching is a tremendously satisfying career.  (That’s why we’ve started to train people to actually BE coaches!)  It’s gratifying and rewarding to help others to achieve their results.  Where ever you find yourself today, I do wish you all the best that life has to offer!
